All returns must be shipped back to Intercontinental Tobacco within 7 days of receiving the order. All orders must be returned in original unused condition with all accessories. The return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer. If a product was received defective, Intercontinental Tobacco will gladly replace it or provide a full credit. Defective products must be shipped back to us and we will provide a refund for shipping costs if proof of receipt for shipping is provided. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to receive returns on products that have been used. This would present a health concern and disallow us from selling these products as ‘new.’ We will, however, receive returns on products that are in a new, unused condition.

International Orders Only: Orders returned due to return/exchange or customs/duties not paid will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.
